2017 again saw significant increases in all of our key metrics including Sales, Profit and number of items in-scope worldwide. North America continued to hold on to first place by number of customers, closely followed by Europe but all zones have enjoyed both new and existing large Refresh customers, including Asia Pacific and Africa. A number of well-known Fortune Global 500 customers signed up and all industry sectors remain well represented. Customer retention, customer growth and profit margin were highlights.
